"We had 3 couples and we all enjoyed the inside of the cabin. It is centrally located in Girdwood and it was easy to go where ever we wanted to from the cabin. The neighbors are close. The view from the back windows and back porch was stunning! The only thing we did not like was the large step down from the back door to the back porch. "This was a guys trip for three of us and it couldn't have worked out better. The cabin had everything we needed and the location was A++. Modern kitchen/laundry, comfy beds, good tv programming options, nice Weber gas grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, updated baths, etc... We fished the Kenai River for several days in multiple locations, and did well for trout and salmon. It was great to come back late day and light a fire in back by the water. "Our host Gary was on top of it and got us in earlier than we had hoped and even upgraded us to a nicer, roomier and cozy cabin. We stayed on for three nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The spa was wonderful on a cool frosty night or morning and was clean and well kept.
