"We come often and enjoy that its’s right on the beach, the staff is generally courteous, and it’s only a short drive to 5th ave. But the building is showing signs of aging, and the 1BR suite’s sofa and chairs are old and grimy. This place deserves a facelift. "

"I was unable to check in the unit as the owner didn’t have approval to rent the unit from the HOA . I had to find a new place to stay on my own. I am waiting for a full refund plus I should be compensated for this nightmare."

"My family have wintered in Naples since 1981, but I go in summer, and the heat isn't a problem at all when you're on the beach! We're happy to have found Cherie's condo at NCC. I think she has the most talented house cleaners anywhere, the condo is immaculate. The decor is fresh and new, the layout is open from kitchen to LR and DR and spacious and functional. The bedrooms are large too and each have new, clean en suite bathrooms. Kitchen has a full supply of tools, pans and basics, you just...

"Our kids and grandkids stayed over Thanksgiving week. The home is very spacious, clean and convenient to everything - perfect for our family. The kids spent hours each day in the beautiful pool and hot tub. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay in this home!!"
