The room was spotless, spacious. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of options. The pool area was peaceful, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk from restaurants and shops, but still quiet enough to relax. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! "

However, I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate me during the wait. They were attentive, communicative, and ensured I was comfortable while waiting for my room. Their excellent service made the delay much more manageable. "This hotel is in a wonderful location - near subways, museums, Central Park, Zabars, etc. There are numerous restaurants in the area in addition to Nice Matin which is attached to the hotel. I love the neighborhood which is very walkable."
