"Another lovely stay, but the bar service is a bit chaotic while the building works ongoing. Also a lot of dust on the tables (building work) so it took a while to find a clean table and to be served. Passed on feedback about overwhelming body odour smell in reception and it was sensitively handled. Not the usual front of house experience I have at Chester due to this unfortunately. "

"Maryculter House is a lovely venue with beautiful surrounding scenery and a wealth of history. The rooms are nice although the standard rooms are a little cramped with furniture for two people and full wedding attire. Staff helpful and pleasant."
