"Great location with amazing views. On a busy road but this didn’t bother us. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Cesar on reception at check in. Free hot drinks, pop corn and sweets in the lobby. Complimentary wine, chocolates and drinks in the mini bar were a very nice surprise. Decent gym with cardio machines, free weights and a cable machine but no air conditioning which meant it was very hot! Nice looking sauna and hamas area although we didn’t use these. Lots of restaurants within walking...

"Very well located. By car you are 15-20 minutes from montreux and Lausanne. There is a train stop within a 2-3 minutes walk. You can walk up to the village using the vineyards walk steps which was very nice. The restaurant Auberge du vigneron is about a 15 minutes walk and is extremely good. The room was spacious and clean and the balcony very usefull to eat and drink with a nice view of the lake and mountains. "

"I got upgraded to 5star Royal Hotel which is opposite site of the street - amazing views from the breakfast room, and amazing location for walks and just enjoying - Sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool were a nice treat too."

"The personal were excellent they provided me with a room though they were not informed of my hotel.com booking which did not come to them. The hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have my category of booked room ( and though it was not their mistake) they upgraded me for no extra cost. Also, are very helpful and their restaurant has excellent food. "

"Classic hotel with adorably small elevator and multi-step stairs entry like you were in a Casablanca movie. Windows open up wide to view of street and glimpse of the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to lake, restaurants, casino, groceries and shopping. "

"Location is great - right across the street from the train station. With windows closed, we didn't hear any street noise - does get a bit stuffy though. Room was clean and beds were comfortable "
