"We enjoyed our stay at Les Balcons du Savoy. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. Our balcony was roomy with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was a short walk from the main shopping street in a quiet area. A ski bus (#14) stopped a few steps from the hotel. The elevator stopped working for one day but luckily was quickly repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was big for a European hotel. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. We took a day trip to Vevey and highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You are walking distance to train statiin and bus stop. Our only issue was we couldnt get our wifi connected for 3 days. The hotel was having issues with their wifi. Other than that, highly recommend. "

"Elsa and other staff do a good job on my case. They are nice and have sufficient patience to explain everything. Moreover Elsa could sit in customer’s chair, thinks the way that us concern mostly, and figure out the solutions together with the customer.
