The cons: - No elevator — and 53 stairs. - Very little natural light. It’s a long narrow apartment with a couple of windows at each end (looking out on a narrow shaft). "The carpet had caked in mud and stains. The chairs did too. Holes in some of the doors. Front door did not latch. Property is not well managed or cared for. We did not feel comfortable enough to allow our infant to crawl on the floor. Owner needs to pay closer attention. Also, fire alarm went off forcing a temporary evacuation. Would not reccomend."
