"Got put in a smoking room after telling them I booked non smoking. Uncomfortable beds. Not a great stay for the price."

"This hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. Their facility is great for dogs, but the have a rule that says you cannot leave your dog unattended in the room, which was not posted anywhere online, or disclosed when I spoke with a staff member to check about their policy. This could be extremely inconvenient for someone who needs to leave their dog for an amount of time."

"This property is a gem! The property is older but well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located less than 1/2 hr away from Watertown. Very pet friendly! We will definitely be staying here again. "
