"This is the perfect hotel if you wanna do a lot of shopping at the mall. It’s only 1 minute walk from the hotel. You don’t even have to leave the hotel to go from the hotel to the mall. I would literally buy something then go and put it in my bag in the hotel. It felt like the hotel was a part of the mall. I never even used the bathroom in the mall. I just went back to my room as the furthest point from the mall is only a 15 minute walk back to the hotel room. It’s also perfect for the airport as it’s only 8 minute drive from the hotel. There’s even public transportation from the hotel to the airport. Will definitely be back "

"We took our daughters to a concert at the Target Center so the location was wonderful. However, it was a little difficult to actually find the hotel and figure out parking. Now that we have seen it and understand it, it makes sense. The person working at check-in wasn't very friendly, so when we had questions about directions we asked the bartender and he was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was nice and breakfast was good. "

"I liked the mattress the best. On some hotel beds I wake up with a backache, but not this one! Thankfully I slept about 9 hours after getting to the hotel late at night and woke up refreshed. The tv is nice and large and seemed new. I liked how when the tv came on, it was at a reduced volume, so didn't come on blaring. Also, the hotel was super quiet...I heard no one, but i asked for the top floor, so nobody above me. Showerhead worked well and everything was clean and white. I liked the fact that the king room was so large with chairs and a small love seat. I could have had a small gathering in my room. I liked all the food and drink options in the lobby store. I was surprised with the two steps coming up to the front desk, but they are short steps, so not hard to navigate with luggage. I would definitely stay at this property again. So convenient to the airport. "

"This is my second stay in Hyatt Centric, Minneapolis. Like earlier, I was impressed by the warmth and level of services. The property is very clean and has all amenities. The room was perfect in all aspects. The cost is reasonable and the downtown location is very central. My recommendations - I hope to stay here again."
