"We had a great 3 day stay here! The views were amazing and we watched the sunset comfortably from the living room. It would've been nice to be able to open windows and hear the ocean as well, but that's minor. There was plenty of space to spread out, prep food, eat together, etc. We didnt get to use the grill or firepit, but that looked like a fun place to relax. We were close to so much and traveled to/from comfortably. We took some nice walks along the beach path, just steps outside the home....

Some things to note - downstairs is rented separately and you can see and hear people while you are out on the patio - not a big deal but we didn’t realize that the cottage mentioned is the lower level of the same house with separate entrance. "This is a very nice home in a wonderful location. You can watch the waves for days and walk the nearby trails and paths for miles along the coast line. Bring what you need or visit the nearby grocery stores. If you want to BBQ in the nice Weber grill bring your own charcoal and supplies. We had a great time and will be happy to return. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property included all necessary amenities and several small touches that made our stay with smaller children easier. We loved taking walks along the ocean trail and watching the wildlife from the windows. On a particularly warm evening, the sound of the ocean waves lulled us to sleep with the windows open. I was a bit worried about close from the road, but it was minimal and not disruptive at all."

"Wonderful location,super clean, well appointed. Front bedroom was cold at night with the door to the living room closed for privacy. One night the upstairs folks kept talking and what sounded like furniture moving after 10 pm. And we would stay there again "

"We spent three nights here. Fabulous place! Great location near downtown PG and Lovers Point area. Gas fireplace really kicked out the heat. Nice flat screen TV-we watched the Super Bowl. Direct gas line for the Weber grill worked well. We did not use the dry sauna but did use the hot tub quite a bit. The crows nest up on the roof was incredible. If you drink wine, I would recommend bringing glasses. Couldn’t find any?. Beds were all comfortable. Two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. Well...

"This beautiful home was the perfect size for 3 couples and 2 small children. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms. Plenty of gathering space for all of us in the common areas. The toddlers had great fun exploring the toy basket in the downstairs family room! That was a great touch! The adults agreed the location was perfect for getting to our favorite spots in Carmel.The entire group agreed this was one of our favorite rentals in Pebble Beach. Instructions...

"Comfy home. Large kitchen, two tables on which to enjoy one's meals. Location was great, close enough to town but far enough away from the weekend hustle and bustle."

"This home was perfect for our family of five. The home was cozy and very pleasant. Home had all we needed TV with many streaming apps. Living room was welcoming for our family to spend some time together. We were even able to cook a small Thanksgiving dinner while we stayed there. The house was 20 minutes from Moss Landing, 30 minutes to the Aquarium of Monterey Bay. And 5 minutes from a Movie theater. Overall we would definitely recommended to others. This home is small but very welcoming."
