"The room was nice with a little kitchenette equipped with utensils, which we used to make breakfast. Was great since they did not provide breakfast. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The main strip (Ocean Ave.) was just a couple blocks away and a nice walk to the beach. Briarwood is PET FRIENDLY! The only criticism I would have about our room was the shower. It is very cramped. Other than that, this place GOOD!"
