"I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it. "

"This is a very old-school hotel that has almost certainly seen better days, but maintains a sort of old world grandeur that I quite liked. The rooms are huge and the service is good, but I'm not sure that it really merits "5 stars" if you compare to other hotels of that description. "L'hotel è un po' vecchio, sia esternamente che internamente. Credo che questo sia il motivo per cui i prezzi risultano accessibili anche in alta stagione. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. La colazione buona. L'aria condizionata non funzionava in modo adeguato per cui in camera faceva caldo. La mia impressione è stata che il livello di servizio venga tenuto al minimo indispensabile per mantenere le 4 stelle Per usufruire della SPA si devono pagare 25€ a testa. "
