"Hotel abbastanza centrale con un bel centro benessere, cordialità del personale in particolar modo la Signora del centro benessere, l'unica nota negativa l'insonorizzazione é impossibile dormire, si sentono anche i più piccoli rumori"

"We stayed here in October for 3 nights. Check in was not very friendly at all. I had to ask about the parking as we had parked on the road and she said it was at another hotel when it says they have parking on site. I had to ask about breakfast, when and where it was and then we get to our room and there is no information about a wifi code. I called the receptionist and she said there isn't one, just look for the hotel's name as an option in the choices of networks. There was no restaurant open...

"I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it. "

It is worth noting that most of the grand hotels in Montecatini Terme seem to be in similar condition."
