"Pros 1. Room spacious and clean. Good hot shower. Plenty of towels. 2. Prompt cleaning staff. Two free water bottles daily. Has Fridge (but no microwave). 3. Free parking - a big plus 4. Near Koreatown for Korean shopping, restaurants Cons: 1. Beds a little too soft for my preference 2. Thin walls but most residents were quiet at night"

"I adored this hotel. I work in Los Angeles for about a week every other month and my last few trips, I’ve been staying here. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s fabulous! Tons of space in the rooms, very comfortable and super nice staff. It’s my new go to hotel in downtown LA. I’ve spent the last 25 years working in downtown LA so I know every hotel downtown inside out and backwards. This is my favourite."

"I really enjoyed the location of this property. Only downfall which is out of their control is the riff raff at night time that passes along the way. I would LOVE to stay here again and have been recommending to all who will listen. The ambiance and staff were delightful. Small but intimate, no jacuzzi but heat roof top pool makes up for it. Breakfast from room service was also AMAZING. "
