"I really loved this room! Very spacious and cozy, with a small balcony. My favorite part, though, was the deep soaking tub in the bathroom. Amazing. However, the guests staying above me arrived late and were clomping around in hard-soled shoes until midnight. The Inn made a big deal of "be considerate of other guests and keep noise down after 9 pm," but apparently, these people did not get the memo! Also, I woke to the smell of marijuana (6:30 am!) coming from somewhere in the hotel, even...

"This has been my 3rd stay at this property. It is conveniently located only 5 minutes for on my family. My interaction with the family has always been pleasant. The area is beautiful, clean and quiet. It has easy access to everything. I will be booking again in the future. "

"We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"Terrible! They cancelled one hour before check in time. Stated that we had a "house violation" but we never even stepped foot in the house. The "violation" was that they only rented in "one month time frames" but they had confirmed our one week reservation which was paid in FULL. We had to scramble to find a place to stay. This completely ruined our vacation and cause a tremendous amount of stress. "
