"As many have written, Marina was ever present but never being there or in your way. The villa lived upto everything it said it would be. Being able to use the pool each day was a joy. As were the shaded areas when needed. Of course the med is just a few metres in front of the villa also. We found 3 great places to eat all within walking distance 10-15 minutes, plus a small store for essentials like wine and well you know. "

The area was slightly cheaper than some of the more popular areas of the island. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pools were very cold which was sort of expected at the end of October so not worth booking the rooms with pools at that time of year. Spa facilities were also not included in price for the hotel. "I had the best stay at meltemi !! I went to Greece on a solo trip and the staff here were so kind and welcoming ! I was even provided a beautiful note & gift for my birthday. And for when I wanted to take transit I was given a bus schedule sheet & some tips for the bus. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel along with a bakery (5min walk) and many places to eat ! I’ll be back the next time I’m in Santorini ! Thanks for the amazing stay ! "
