"this is an amazing little villa..with a small kitchen, hot water, lovely loft and quiet location..outside a sitting area in the sunshine. walking distance to small food store ans cafe and all of Oia. Very lovely stay..owner very responsive after booking and will make sure you have a goo stay."

"We were there to attend a wedding. We rented both houses, which worked out perfectly, since our teenage boys were able to have the smaller house to themselves. I would definitely not recommend this place for small children or the elderly - especially the smaller house with the loft. But for anyone else, I highly recommend it! "This was a terrible experience. I paid for three nights left after one night and moved to a different hotel. Still trying to get my money back. There was no water to take a shower or wash my hands/face in the bathroom. The jaccuzi was dirty with dirt so we couldn’t use that and it made a sound all night. It had no privacy because there are stores right in front. They say it’s a sea view but they trick you with it only being less than half because it is on the walkway in Oia with shops in front...

"It was amazing to stay here, it was a wonderful experience, it has a view like no other, the attention of the host was incredible, she gave us very good recommendations, the cave has everything you could need, you can even cook, I loved that they had many pillows hahaha and the jacuzzi was great! "The home is wonderful. The location is quiet and peaceful but you must have a car to get anywhere. There is very little to do on the island during the winter months and the ocean is very cold. Perfect for anyone that wants to unplug for a few days. Host fixed hot water issues immediately and was very friendly. "

We loved it!

"We stayed in Santorini for two days 3/31 through 4/2/25. Our room was amazing. We stayed in a honeymoon suite. Views of the volcano, a balcony with a hot tub. Absolutely breathtaking views. The regular rooms are definitely cute & cozy, but I would not recommend more than two people in a regular room, it’s like a cave, pretty cool looking, but on the smaller side. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The two ladies who worked there, Athena and Vanessa, were very nice, sweet and accommodating. The reception office closes at 4:30, but they have a phone number posted and you can reach to them at any time via WhatsApp messaging. The breakfast provided was very nice and fresh, not heavy. You also have options to order more, different types of food and pay extra. But what they provided was plenty. The coffee is delicious! variety of juices, etc.. very good location. It’s about 15 minute walk down into town. You definitely get a work out walking back up the hill to the hotel though Lol but considering how much we were eating… It was good exercise to burn some of those calories! A lot of restaurants were closed because it’s low peak, but they were still plenty that were open. We had a really nice stay, I definitely recommend staying at the IRA hotel. "
