"The property was beautiful, modern, very clean, and in an ideal location in terms of transport, the beach and restaurants. The area was slightly cheaper than some of the more popular areas of the island. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pools were very cold which was sort of expected at the end of October so not worth booking the rooms with pools at that time of year. Spa facilities were also not included in price for the hotel. "It’s the second time I stayed there and it’s always perfect! Anthi is great, always ready to help. Restaurant/bar staff also super friendly. They always make me feel welcome there (: on the last day of the stay, we had an early flight and we couldn’t get breakfast so Anthi prepared a few things for us and left everything in our room on the evening before so we could get some food before going to the airport. "The hotel is quaint and vintage but pretty clean. We are a family of 5 with three small children ages 1,3, and 5 and we all fit confortably in the family room. My kids loved the wading pool which was small but perfect for their size. The one year old couldnt touch the bottom but my 3 and 5 year old could. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the tour. The front desk receptionist said my kids could do most of the tour except maybe the volcano. DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL TOUR IF YOU HAVE SMALL...
