"There wasn’t any email communication in advance and thank goodness we arrived in town 15 minutes before the office closed, then picked up keys from the rental office 2 min prior to closing. We googled the property manager’s name in order to make that phone call…and the listing is also no longer in VRBO’s listings so overall it was as much hit (location an cleanliness) as miss (Rainbow Realty seems to live at a different pace of life) giving it a 3 star rating for “Interlaken 10.”"

" The property was generally well kept and appointed. My less than Perfect rating was due to shower door cleanliness, and the lack of Kleenex and shower liquid soap. Otherwise, the countertops are beautiful. The flooring is up-to-date and well kept, the furnishings are an OK condition, though one of the lamps needed repair. The Unit could easily sleep two on the king, potentially two on a double, and two additional in bunkbeds. There is plenty of linen and blankets And towels "

"Charming and clean unit with lots of thoughtful touches and comforts of a real home. Cozy blankets, puzzles, toys for kids, smart tv with streaming channels, kitchen supplies, etc. Unit has a nice balcony with a view (and grill that we didn't use but appreciate was there) and a convenient mudroom at the entrance. Check in was a breeze and property manager was very welcoming. Great location: just behind June Pie and Balanced Rock Grill (both delicious). Will definitely be back when we can! "

"Beautiful lake view aside property was charmingly rustic, clean and well stocked w everything a family would need. Check in process was a breeze. The property is in the best possible location. 2 min drive to the ski resort and literally steps away from the town village and its few but surprisingly great eateries. "

"There was plenty of room for my family of five two more adults. The large peninsula was a good space to prep food and share meals together. Good sized mud room to put boots and boards/skis. Convenient location near the town and lakes, and a short drive to June Mountain."

"This was a high quality apartment with a really nice outlook. There can be noise from your neighbors, depending who else is staying. We got the sense that the agency was too busy to fix minor problems at the apartment - for instance, the toilet in one bathroom was temperamental and we were pretty sure this predated our arrival and when we messaged them we didn't hear back. But we enjoyed our stay overall."
