"We had an incredible stay here. The property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly appointed, amazing views, great location. "A wonderful stay. We enjoyed the quiet vineyard setting with the amazing views. The hospitality and care shown by Mafalda and Francisco was lovely. We felt right at home. The breakfast was delicious. Other meals were enjoyed at the cafes/restaurants 1.2km away. We look forward to coming back soon. TIP: come for Easter Sunday when there is a nighttime candlelit procession down to the lower town while fireworks are going. Fantastic! "

"Directions to the property were poor; when we eventually found it, no-one was there. Fortunately we found a neighbour who contacted the owner's representative, and we gained entry about an hour later. The house had not been prepared, not cleaned etc. The bed arrangements were unsatisfactory: the 'master' bedroom had two single beds pushed together - I have never slept in such an uncomfortable bed. Three of the single beds were on upstairs landings, and so children did not get to sleep...

"We really enjoyed our time in Maria’s place. She gave us a lovely welcome and made us feel at home. We loved all the space and the house and grounds were beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the garden including seeing frogs in the pond! It was very easy to get to Braga and Porto, wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you!"
