"Upon arriving at the Parma train station, I took the number 6 bus to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the golf course, which is easily accessible on foot. Just a stone's throw away from the hotel, you'll find a fantastic restaurant "L'Osteria di Massimiliano Rossi" that I strongly recommend. The Hotel is more than confortable and the staff is so nice and friendly, You will find like home."

"We booked the room a long time in advance to make use of the spa facilities. When we arrived we tried to get day access to the spa as specified in hotels.com. We were informed that this was wrong, price was per hour. On insisting, we were told they were fully booked for the day. On insisting further, we were finally offered 2 hours the next morning, but we had to leave and could not make use of the spa. As a note they are still selling day access to the spa on hotels.com. "AMAZING!!! Once in a lifetime stay!!! We weren’t even planning on visiting Pontremoli until our previous accommodations fell through and we found this place last minute! Marco was so accommodating and always answered when we called! Once we arrived we were in absolute awe of not only the town but this magical property as well! We called Marco right away to book a second night because we were so charmed. An absolute must when traveling this area! "
