"We were going to the ATP tennis tournament in Monte Carlo. This hotel was very convenient for the bus to the tournament. We had a room over looking the marina which was nice. Staff were very pleasant & helpful, food was OK but not special. A personal gripe of mine is the location of electrical sockets for hair dryers, straighteners, mobile chargers etc. Why are they always in inaccessible places and nowhere near mirrors?"

"The room was well appointed and comfortable but extremely small. A 5'5 130 pound woman could barely fit in the shower. Phone was inoperable for 3 days despite multiple requests for service. We fixed it ourselves. There was a strong odor of sewerage in the hallway one evening. Room service options were limited. Restaurants were extremely expensive and average. Some staff were superlative, others were rude and unprofessional. The pool, beach, gym, spa and lobby areas were top rate, beautiful and...

"Excellent stay for 2 nights. Hotel staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. We had our 2 dogs with us and they were welcomed everywhere but the Spa. Parking was easy. Overall a very good stay at a lovely hotel. "
