"We loved our stay at the Sheraton Maui. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We stayed in another nearby resort a few years ago and we all agreed the Sheraton was better. We'll stay there again next time we go to Maui."

"This Lahaina Area has a lot going for it for folks looking for an easygoing Hawaii experience. If you're just going around the area, driving is more trouble than it's worth. There are some places like the Fairway Plaza and the Maui Ocean Center that are awesome and driveable. I don't recommend worrying about too much about the "high-end restaurants" the best thing I got at Buck's was the Fish and Chips. Highly recommend the shave ice and the ice cream."
