"I arrived at night and didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk. My phone had no signal, so I couldn’t make a call. A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. "This property is perfect for families - they do need to upgrade the suites with more accommodating flooring than carpet that’s been there for many years. Pools are fabulous - the bigger pool could be a little warmer given the breezes you get there. We loved the pool by the beach more for that reason - perfect temperature. People were kind, it was great to walk around and down to other hotels. Walked back and forth to Duke’s easily! "
