"Great place to stay in Cuenca "

"We took an impromptu trip to the Cajas and fell in love with this property. We had a big group of 5 and they accommodated us with ease. It was easy to book, beautiful property, quiet, and so much nature. The workers were so nice and helpful. So many amazing people working together to make this place run. We did on site fishing which was so fun for the kids. The restaurant was warm and welcoming and the food was great. The view was even better. This location is amazing and I highly recommend it. An easy 30 min cab drive from CUENCA. "

"Hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful. From the front desk to the restaurant staff! All lovely! The hotel itself is a gem! Small, quiet, beautiful. The rooms were very clean, the bed was heaven! We had complimentary breakfast and it was delicious. The restaurant is a rooftop with a gorgeous view!!! The hotel is walkable to all the touristic areas. It is not in the middle of the crowded areas which I appreciated very much. The only thing to keep in mind is that they have no parking insite. But this is not uncommon in the downtown area. There is a parking site at walking minutes and the hotel staff helps with the luggage there. Not a deal breaker at all. I would definitely stay here again. "

"My stay was great. But I was surprised when I booked 2 rooms, I had to pay for an extra person. I assumed since I booked 2 rooms, the 4 members of my family and baby can stay comfortably in the rooms. But, being forced to pay for 1 member of my family was a surprise. Can you clarify why that was? "

"We stayed here for 2 weeks and couldn’t be happier with our time. The host was quick to communicate (in English for us:) and helped us navigate any challenges we had in a foreign country. His family checked us in and they were so lovely. Cute dog too! We had a safe place to park the car and felt comfortable and secure leaving our things there while we went out and explored the area. The place was very well priced and clean and nice and had everything we needed. It was in a great area, easy to access anything that we needed, restaurants, market, etc. We will definitely try to come back and stay again! Thank you!! "
