"Wow! I’d give it more stars if I could! The rooms are gorgeous and have lots of space. Comfy beds, great care products too. The breakfast buffet was amazing also-lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. A real treat and the best hotel I stayed at in my 3 weeks in Japan! "

"The location is unbeatable, centrally located to be within mins of walk to multiple attractions and amenities. Carparking will be a little challenging as you need to rely on operators to park into and retrieve the car for you in the mechanized garage. Please allocate enough buffer time for that to happen as there can be a queue at checkout hours. The hotel has overall a very novel concept of operation and I love the vibes of it. "

"I only stayed here as I began a tour here the next day. I am really glad that we did. It is quite a little treasure. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant for dinner was a great find with new and interesting food. The Japanese house white wine was very pleasing. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. Shopping gallery goes for streets behind the hotel and down into Pole shopping. Oh and great value BTW!"
