"We absolutely loved staying at the farm. Check in was a breeze; simply uncomplicated. The house was clean and spacious. The property was beautiful and oh so relaxing. The kids got to watch the horses, explore the orchard and vineyards and had lots of fun canoeing. David was responsive and super accommodating. We hope to come back again! "

"House was clean and comfortable. Host provided some special welcome treats, and also accommodated a last-minute request to stay an extra night. Property was plenty big enough for 4 adults and a dog. Loved sitting on the back porch. Property is located off a very busy and noisy road, so the only suggestion I have is to put shades, blinds, and/or heavier curtains in the front bedroom to block out all the car lights and reduce the noise. Other than that, our stay was great!"

"We were there for my son’s wedding. 14 of us had plenty of room and beds. Absolutely the perfect location, walkable to the Kitchen Kettle Village and restaurants. We could sit on the porch and watch buggies go by. I would suggest leaving a bundle of firewood and matches. Took us 4 days to find any for sale. Will definitely be back!"

"This was a peaceful place to stay. I was in the area as my Dad was not well. This was perfect. It would be a wonderful spot for anyone that wants to experience the area. I highly recommend this location The homemade bread was yummy."

But my two major issues are: 1: the property was listed as a 4 bedroom, but only had three. There was a sofa bed in the living room (which we had to use), but there were no sheets for the sofa bed, except a flat sheet and we found an extra blanket. 2:the second major issue was the gps directions. "What a wonderful weekend we had here. The home is gorgeous (the plants are amazing!) and the property is beautiful. It's tucked out in the country but an easy drive to Lancaster and local attractions. Perfect hot tub and firepit time! The owners were very communicative and responsive. Loved the wine and coffee! "Our stay at Betty’s house was absolutely wonderful! The pictures of the home do not do it justice!! The property is easy to find and so beautiful inside. We had 6 ladies on our shopping trip and there was so much space. Lots of space to all sit together on the sofa and chat. The property managers were friendly and easy to work with. We were excitedly planning an annual trip to Betty’s house we had such a great stay!!! "
