"This property was absolutley amazing and beautiful. The horses were great neighbors and very sweet. The cabin was so comfy and cozy. We kept a fire in the wood stove which made it even more cozy. We got married on oct 16th 2024 and this slice of paridase had us so relaxed. We saw the supermoon hunters moon, some shooting stars, sunrise, and sun and moon in the sky at the same time. "We had a relaxing weekend get away! Jeff’s A-Frame home had an out of the ‘busy-ness’ of life feel in the country but with all of the amenities of luxury accommodations. A real gem!"

Every single bed was comfortable, every room was clean- this was the perfect place for a reunion/birthday gathering for our close family friends. Plus, they brought us brownies! Gorgeous place- would absolutely come back."

"My girlfriend and I have never been glamping before. We usually rough it and sleep in tents. The covered wagon was extremely rustic on the outside and then when you walked in, it was a five star hotel. The path from your car to the covered wagon is a little crooked, but a very easy walk We would absolutely stay here again."

"We stayed here 2 nights traveling through PA to Ohio. Picked the area to visit Koziar’s Christmas Village which we loved! The Cozy Cabin was super cute, clean and convenient. They were very accommodating letting us change our stay due to illness. Highly recommend - everything was great! "

"We had a great 3 week stay at the Sanctuary of the Swan. Kimberly and Dennis were great hosts. We Stayed in the apt. Above the Garage and we’re working nights at Limerick power station. It was quiet and peaceful during the day so we had no trouble sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Stayed in the cabin over Christmas, was well kept and nice cabin. Plenty of pots/pans for cooking, bedrooms were a nice size and decor was a blend of clean / rustic accents. Loved the toy section for my little kids and the board games."

"Lovely little getaway that feels isolated but very close to amenities. The wagon looks rustic but has all the needed amenities including heat for a cold November weekend! Would recommend trying to find in daylight the first time but we managed after dark! Excellent communication with owners. Would recommend and come again!"
