"We were there for my son’s wedding. 14 of us had plenty of room and beds. Absolutely the perfect location, walkable to the Kitchen Kettle Village and restaurants. We could sit on the porch and watch buggies go by. I would suggest leaving a bundle of firewood and matches. Took us 4 days to find any for sale. Will definitely be back!"

"We stayed at this property for two nights while traveling on our summer vacation. The property was lovely with the flowers and was clean. But my two major issues are: 1: the property was listed as a 4 bedroom, but only had three. There was a sofa bed in the living room (which we had to use), but there were no sheets for the sofa bed, except a flat sheet and we found an extra blanket. 2:the second major issue was the gps directions. No one wanted to leave! I kept finding guests wandering the garden, visiting the horses, being entertained by the neighbor’s cow, goat and chickens or basking in the sun by the pond. "What a wonderful weekend we had here. The home is gorgeous (the plants are amazing!) and the property is beautiful. It's tucked out in the country but an easy drive to Lancaster and local attractions. Perfect hot tub and firepit time! The owners were very communicative and responsive. Loved the wine and coffee! "The Loft at Ethereal Farm was perfect in every way. We're actually local to the area and needed somewhere to host family for a night. I'm so happy that we found The Loft so close by. It was extremely clean & cozy with beautiful decor & scenery. The best part about our stay was getting a surprise visit from one of the resident donkeys. I highly recommend staying here! "
