"Great for overnight stay with dog. All staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated and rooms could be cleaner however bed was comfortable and bar and dining area clean with great breakfast choice. Large enclosed gardens and 15 minute walk into Keswick from back of the hotel (off road country walk)"

"If you like to experience hospitality of the Lake District The Keswick Park Hotel and the town in general is for you! Clean rooms, great breakfast and restaurant for dinner, outdoor seating if weather is good, wonderful, friendly staff. Across the quiet street is beautiful Fitz Park with grass tennis courts, outdoor table tennis, colorful gardens and ice cream stand. Easy walking to several trail heads, center of town pubs, market, and lake. Bus accesses as well. A movie theater and playhouse are also there. View of the mountains from some of the rooms. We were there for 9 days and wanted to stay longer. Hope to return someday. We flew into Heathrow, next day took train from Euston Station to Carlyle and rented a car-but we didn’t really need to rent a car -if we got off at Penrith could have taken an uber or bus. Our only issue with the Hotel is that parking is a little tricky-there are only 5 spaces and we weren’t told of the nearby streets to park for free nearby -we looked at the towns website after paying for several days at a parking lot. So, if the staff could provide that info at check in it would be helpful. "

"The people working here were very kind and helpful, had food both nights we stayed and both meals were big portions and very nice. Breakfast was again really good full English spot on and again big portions to keep you going for the walks ahead, guy even made me some overnight oats which where the best! Can't fault the place ☺️"

"Lovely inn with excellent breakfast and dinner service. Rooms are well appointed and beautifully decorated and the outside seating for afternoon tea or a pint is wonderful. The area is stunning and delightful for a walk. Highly recommend this exceptional inn."

"Have stayed here many times and never fails to impress. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were amazing with a first class dinner menu with plenty of choice. The lounge bar was comfortable and well appointed. We had lunch and drinks in the beautiful gardens as the weather was exceptional. All members of staff are friendly and helpful a welcome change to the surly staff you get at most places these days. We will return again and again. For me personally as I have a dog phobia I like the fact that dogs are not allowed in the main building or in the bar. Highly recommended."
