"The service received from the front desk staff and breakfast and dinner server was excellent. Our stay was during the historic Mobile snowstorm. Which resulted in unexpected inconvenience for guests and staff. However, Regina, our breakfast and dinner server was patient, friendly, and efficient. Her attitude was consistently positive. "I was stuck in A terrible accident on I 65. I was there until three in the morning. When I was able to finally get here, they had saved my room and pre-checked me in so all I had to do was get my key and go to bed. The staff is fantastic very kind. I would definitely recommend this place. I give it a five out of five on everything. "
