Very nice for a cheap place to stay. The rooms were nice, it was safe and quiet, and the staff was friendly and courteous. It is by no means a five-star hotel, but you're also not paying for a five-star experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Stay away from this place. People hanging around the parking lot and pool at night. Room had missing receptacle covers, old worn bedding, paint on the door coming off. Wouldn't let our dog stay in this place. Tried to get a refund but they refused.

I travel for work and stayed at The Establishment for a week. The staff was absolutely amazing and attentive. Housekeeping was great and came every day. It looked like the pool was open but I did not have time to venture there but it was maintained very well. My only complaint was there was no ice machine that worked. The maintenance guy was above and beyond too would definitely stay again

It was just average. We needed one night just for a place to sleep. It was just that. Front desk was the highlight. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was also good. Beds were comfy for the night. There was one ice machine on the other side of the building and it was not working. It was fine for what was needed
