"This property is right by a large shopping area filled with dining areas and shops making it a good location for visitors. We booked a smoking room by accident so the room did smell like smoke but that was on us. Staff was very helpful and accommodating for foreigners and they also offer free breakfast from 6-9am. "

"Brilliant location, has convenient parking spaces (1,200 yen per night - more expensive than the other nearby street parking but we wanted to pay extra to have our rental car within the hotel parking).
