"Pros- Very clean hotel with outstanding customer service. Cons- The rug in my room was stained and the mattress was very hard. The bathtub was very short (knees to chest) but it was deep. Not the most comfortable for someone 6’1” (185cm) but it was nice to soak my legs in it. "

"Beautiful view of Mount Fuji for the hotel room and rooftop. Very unique (traditional Japanese style). Far from other tourist attractions but the bus stop is right outside the hotel, so that was super convenient. The view makes it worth it. "

"This is the small hotel that they use the exterior for the Netflix drama series “ Hot Spot”. The interior is much more spacious than what we see in the TV show. It is located in the remote area and it’s inconvenient for shopping, etc. However, it is an advantage for people who want to avoid the hassle of overtourism in the Mt. Fuji area. The room was newly renovated and the bedding was very comfortable. We didn’t eat at their restaurant, but they have a fridge in the room, so we brought our food and had cozy time enjoying the view of Mt.Fuji from our window. "
