"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"Really nice place, big could fit 4/6 people easy. There was only two of us so we had lots of space. Location was decent. About 15/20min nice walk from mt fuji station. You get your own private indoor hot tube,you have to fill it yourselves,theres a hob fridge and microwave. Also really nice views of Mt fuji. We would stay here again "

"We booked the barrel suana cabin, it was a cute little cabin with an outdoor bath tub and wood fired sauna. All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly especially ishigawa and keiko. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Japan. This place is a little piece of heaven . I recommend booking the private hot springs and suana. My compliments to all the staff , management and owner. EXCELLENT!!!!!"

"We’re a group of 7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8 yrs old. We stayed there for 2 nights with no intention of exploring other places. So we were just there to cozy up for Christmas with the family. Pros. They set us up for 3 rooms but requested to have the 4th room opened and they accommodated us. There are 4 bedrooms with 3 beds and a sofa bed each. Very spacious and clean. "After staying in Tokyo this place was amazing for our family because of the space alone! The property is around an 8min walk from the end of the Hakone Pass cablecar and the ropeway connection. It rained most of our stay but there is a nice outdoor table set and a lot of japanese anime comics (in Japanese) in a lovely takana room with bean bags. Kitchen is well stocked except i couldnt find a knife but theres a lot of plates, bowls etc etc. The bathtub was amazing on the cold days. Would def...
