"It was a good hotel with laundry facilities in the lobby. They had room service to clean up rooms or just replace towels upon your request. There was an automated barista machine in the lobby serving free hot coffee and hot chocolate. Also an automated wine server for a glass of wine in the evening which I didn’t have a chance to taste. "We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."
