"Property was easy to access and near lots of shops and food options. Nice, clean and spacious room. Minimal staff working at front desk. Had to wait on check in and waited several minutes at desk for check-out and no one returned to desk. Used text to check out, as they sent us information on. Never received a final receipt, as mentioned I would via text. Feel like more people should be working and visible here. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Didn't catch her name but the check in person was really pleasant. We don't drink coffee, but asked about hot chocolate and she got us some. The next night we asked the check in person about hot chocolate and she said they were all out. I could be wrong, but I don't think she really bothered to check. So we were disappointed the second night. When we checked out the person was really pleasant as well. Overall a good stay even with the tornadoes."

"My experience at this hotel was decent. Likes: Staff was courteous, Maintenance happened to fix the cable (so more tv channels were made available), space was quiet. Dislikes: Breakfast could have more options, the room could be detailed/ more deeply cleaned, but it was acceptable. "
