Great place within walking distance of Notre Dame
The Baymont was under renovation when we arrived. The owner and staff made sure guests switched to the renovated rooms as soon as they were available.

Baymont was horrible, dirty, sketchy and in disrepair. One room even had a "Chucky" doll standing in the window. Staff was outstanding though and voluntarily moved us to their newly renovated property less than 2 minutes away. It was convenient and very nice.

The property kept my $100 deposit. They were very unprofessional as the hotel needed construction work and it shouldn't have been renting rooms when they are renovatingand the rooms were. Not what they advertise. I'm waiting for my deposit

Find another place to stay
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms were dirty, shower was broken, the tub was sketchy, and the dead bolt was ripped off the door. Anybody can enter the hotel through a side door. Very unsafe and just awful. I never leave reviews, but people need to be warned about this place.

Needed a place to crash for the night after dropping off my Notre Dame kid. I usually stay here because it's close to campus, relatively clean, comfortable, quiet, and cheap.
