"I cannot express how incredible my experience was at this hotel. I happened to be here during the blackout in Portugal and the staff worked over time to ensure we had a great experience given the circumstances. Peter, who may have been the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and communicated the very latest wish us. I made several attempts to head to the airport to see if I could fly home and each time they assured us they’d set aside a room at a discounted rate if we were turned away (we were) and they allowed us to return on several occasions. I know exactly where I plan to stay should I visit Lisbon again. I can’t thank the entire staff there enough. Don’t hesitate to book here,"
