"The team at Residentas was wonderful. They communicated regularly and just the right amount. The apartment was great and a treat to stay in. The only drawback is the party noise at night from the neightbourhood. Residentas place was perfect and they did warn of the noisy neighbourhood, so this no reflection on them. "The apartment was unbearably hot during the day, with only a flimsy and noisy stand fan that provided little relief. The constant noise from barking dogs, loading and unloading, and people talking and shouting loudly late into the night made it difficult to sleep. The property management was unresponsive, only contacting me 20 minutes before check-in time, which made me initially suspect the booking might be a scam. "The location and convenience was the best part of the stay. Right when we opened the door we saw a big dead cockroach next to the wall. The arrangement of the furniture would have made the stay better. Had the bed right next to the door. No table to sit and eat. No where to put our bags except on the floor."
