"The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

Seen IKEA showcases of 275 sq-ft, I thought i could stay comfortably with this 356 but not really (we are from Oregon). I keep bumping into furniture and even TV on the wall, lol. "The stay was great. Communication was good. Ideally situated in a quiet area that was close to everything. The bed was firm and comfortable, the apartment clean and in good order. The kitchenette was more than adequate and included a dishwasher. A washing machine was in a cupboard The only real bugbear for me was the checking in process which I found incredibly difficult, fortunately I had my grandson with me who is computer literate , but still not a straightforward process "

"The property is well managed and has been recently renovated. It is very clean and modern plus in a good location. However, the noise from a club across the street until 4:00 a.m. was unbearable! The staff was very accommodating and moved us up a floor and around the corner which we better but still lots of street noise after midnight. Apparently the club is closing soon but just be aware. Otherwise a great property!! "

"It was a beautifully done apartment. With a lovely set table. The bed was large and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. But it needs weed control. It was somewhat difficult walking the old stone sidewalks and streets. Food in Lisbon was superb! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you."

"The apartment was perfect for a short Lisbon break, convenient location, good space and clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout, providing everything we needed for our stay with a baby. The only reason it is not a 5 star stay is the noise from the bars outside, especially on Friday night into the early hours of the morning. One window could not be fully closed and other one wasn’t fully stopping the noise. With better sound insulation in the windows it would be great. "

"Constant dripping coming from toilet cistern, which can be heard from double bedroom. plumber was sent but didn’t resolve the issue. We had to buy ear plugs to get some sleep. Couldn’t use washing machine as it tripped the electrics. Problem reported but not resolved. It’s a shame we had these issues as the apartment is stunning. Shutters on windows did a brilliant job of dulling the noise of the bars in the street. "

"The apartment was better than we imagined it would be. Clean, new, elevator (so helpful given the three story housing in Lisbon!) and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and the decorations added a pleasant touch. The air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems all seemed in top condition. "Located right in the middle of the Bairra Alta district, this tiny yet cozy room with a kitchenette and RV-sized bathroom was definitely the right location for our 5-day stay. First the "stunning view" is of the apartments across the street when you open the one and only window. We had a good laugh. "We had a great stay! AC in both rooms, fresh bread delivered daily to our door, and rooms refreshed each day. We could walk to SO many places (lots of stairs on the way….its Lisbon 😁). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Yes, there was some noise from the busy bar strip down the street, but hardly noticeable with windows and shutters closed at night. We felt safe and had easy access to SO many restaurants, sights and shopping. On/off buses close by too!"
