Downsides were 1)bed comfort, not comfortable at all because one could feel bed springs, 2) the one time room was cleaned (by choice), the sheets were not changed, and lastly 3) air conditioning was turned off by hotel maintenance due to weather being cold outside. "Clean, comfortable room, excellent for 1 person. The washroom is a bit see-through, so might not be that comfortable for friends who share a room. The hotel is close to two subway lines, and has a nice restaurant downstairs with a very decent “menu del día”, which is a lunch with a few set options. Highly recommend this place, I am here for the second time. "
