the online check in process was excruciating and took more than 30 minutes to get into our room. very hard to understand when only able to speak english. room was nice and area was nice.

The room was quite small, the bed took up most of the room and it was a small double bed. Getting in is easy enough, and there are several shared bathrooms. There was only 2 places to eat within walking distance and that was not a good experience. The bed creaks a lot everytime I moved. It is enough to just sleep, and the WiFi is fine, but it is super minimal.

This is a scary place, got there and found the room I was assigned had an undone bed, towels from the prior guest and a trash bin full of water bottles, building looks like a college room, some weird dudes with their door open, not a place I would recommend

Salimos a las 9:45 y mandan un mail deciendo hay que pagar una penalizaciones de 15€ porqué hemos salido despues de las doce..antes de mandsr nada hay que revisar las camaras para eso las tienen. Lo demas normalito

Todo ha esta bien, hay que leer atentamente las instrucciones para entrar pero está todo explicado y hay que tener paciencia. Lo único negativo que resaltaría es la falta de empatía de algunos huéspedes que actúan como si estuvieran en su casa, haciendo ruido incómodos de escuchar. Por lo demás, calidad precio es correcto

Empezó a sonar la alarma de incendios a las 2 de la mañana (no había ningún incendio, eran unos jóvenes que estaban por el pasillo) y no dejo de sonar hasta las 8 de la mañana, no había quien se durmiera, muchísimo ruido, nadie vino a apagarla y tampoco se podía apagar. La habitación estaba muy bien pero olía muchísimo a tabaco Toallas y sábanas lavadas pero con manchas

Dificil contactar para solucionar incidencias falta un telefono para hablar con el personal, salto una alarma por la noche y estuvo sonando toda la noche, la habitacion no tien e comodidades como tv, no hay armario ,ni perchas, ni colgadores para la ropa, fuimos para una noche solo para dormir y ducharnos, que tampoco necesitamos muchas comodidades pero estas fueron totalmente nulas.

Publicidad engañosa. Toman la foto con un ángulo de manera que la habitación se vea más grande de lo que no es. El baño es compartido con todo el piso, y huele mal. Además de que las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, se puede escuchar todo lo que habla el vecino. No recomiendo este hotel para alojarse. Muy mal el servicio para el precio.

No contesta la llamada estuvimos 5 horas fuera sin entrar no contesta el teléfono pésimo el servicio llamamos la policía y de echo denunciare porque no tienen un teléfono para el cliente hablar con ellos fue horrible todo lo que se pasó

Teníamos 2 noches en este alojamiento y decidimos hacer nada más que una noche debido al ruido que había en las habitaciones adyacentes porque las paredes no están insoronizadas y se escucha todo, había una pareja en la habitación de al lado que estuvieron de fiesta hasta las 3 y media de la madrugada y yo, al día siguiente, tenía un examen de oposición, claro está que dormí poquísimo, mi novia llorando porque no podía dormir del ruido, un desastre, deberían insoronizar las habitaciones lo antes posible porque o sino es muy difícil descansar

PRESOS no Hotel atendido pela Máquina de AI
A PIOR EXPERIENCIA NUM HOTEL. Uma viagem para comemorar os nossos aniversarios, se tornou numa tortura! Nos fizemos a reserva por um quarto com banho privativo, e chegamos a um quarto sem banho, sem janela, e minúsculo. O banheiro compartilhado estava interditado e impossível de usar. As fotos de venda diferem muito da realidade. Não tem recepção e pessoal nenhum para fazer a reclamação, somente um chat via a pagina deles. Tudo sob o controle de cameras e do aplicativo, tanto para abrir as portas como para o check out. Nos fizeram trocar de habitação 5 vezes em 7 días, perdendo muito tempo excursões pelos horários estritos do check in e check out. Cada vez que chegávamos ao hotel haviam pessoas chateadas por não conseguirem ingresar, nos pedindo ajuda. Uma noite um casal brigando e gritando na entrada por esse mesmo problema, ao punto de eles ficarem do lado de fora gritando de roupa interior "SOCORRO!" (as 3 AM) sem poder ingresar por ter saido e esquecido o celular dentro do quarto. Tivemos que SOCORRE-LOS. Aliás disso quiseram nos cobrar um Late Check Out de uma das trocas de quarto por responsabilidade deles. Um abuso constante, uma impotencia por não ter ninguém pra reclamar e no chat respondiam como uma máquina, sem resolver o problema que eles mesmos criaram. A maioria das pessoas na nossa estadia se queixando... ADVERTIMOS PARA NÃO CAIR NA ARMADILHA COMO NÓS.
Quarto minúsculo sem banho privativo nem janela. Cobertor manchado.
