"The staff were excellent, the grounds were beauitful but the pricing on any goods were way too expensive. Both restaurants pricing were extreme considering the portions. The service was substandard. It would be hard to go back because of this reason. The outdoor pool entrance is a hazzard. I cut my head going from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. It took a layer of skin off my head. No hazzard signs. Very dangerous"

"Second visit this winter, we love this place! Everything you need for a Muskoka vacation in summer or winter. Great breakfast included, nice rooms with views, lots of easy parking and great pool and sauna amenities. And WONDERFUL staff, they really do everything they can to accommodate any of your requests (certain rooms, firewood for the fire pits, outdoor equipment to loan such as snow shoes or fishing rods). We will be back! "

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room.
