"The staff were excellent, the grounds were beauitful but the pricing on any goods were way too expensive. Both restaurants pricing were extreme considering the portions. The service was substandard. It would be hard to go back because of this reason. The outdoor pool entrance is a hazzard. I cut my head going from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. It took a layer of skin off my head. No hazzard signs. Very dangerous"

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room. "Beautiful cottage on a beautiful location. The boat house allowed us to remain shaded ( or out in the sun) so that we could watch our children enjoy the water trampoline, fish off of the dock, use the paddle board, canoe or kayaks. We had our own boat so added activities were water skiing and wake boarding. Never a dull moment! So many memories."

"Amy was wonderful host and ambassador for the Port Carling/Muskoka area making some great suggestions as to sights to see. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus!. Any hicups we had were quickly addressed and corrected. One of the best features was sitting on the large dock with a refreshment in hand and watching the antique boats cruising by, all in all a great location for a relaxing holiday, thank you Amy, "
