"If you like nature, the fortress is for you. Completely out in the woods with no neighbors in sight. This is a wonderfully relaxing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The fortress is nicely laid out. I especially enjoyed the upstairs study / television room ,screened in porches and being surrounded by nature. We enjoyed it very much and will return."

"The only issue we had was that when we arrived it was extremely hot in the home and the air conditioners (window units) were also on. When we tried to turn the heat down, the thermostat was locked. I went back and forth with the property owner and he finally unlocked the thermostat remotely so we could adjust it. I've never experienced that before. "
