"This is a hotel that was built in the 1950s so it definitely has character. The upkeep is terrific other than a couple of things of note: the upstairs patio chairs and tables could use more regular cleaning- it’s very dusty in town and things will naturally pick all that up along with all the pigeons and others that make their home around there. The hotel is surprisingly noisy with all the room doors having to be shut with a bit of force. Some it is constant noise/ like it or not I had to have the air conditioner running so it would drown some of that out. Maybe some sort of portable signage on each floor in front of the elevator after 10-11pm reminding guests to be respectful. Please note the menus in the dining room are limited but what they do serve is excellent. I would definitely recommend this stay in the heart of Historico central. "
