"This is my way to urge anyone planning a stay at casino resort hotel in and around the Memphis area to absolutely make this one the choice, you will be so glad you did. They have a very large staff and every member was so friendly, comforting, knowledgeable of the facilities, and all were smiling happy to be there to help with your stay. The rooms were very nice and appeared to be upgraded perhaps also with great views and beds. The slots had some really decent payouts. and the buffet in the kitchen area was excellent and very clean.They also offer a steakhouse bar area. Oh and even the elevators were very quick with no wait time. And as for security, well so what if they card you each time you come through doors thats for everyones security and takes no time to do and the security dogs were friendly too and did as they were instructed to do. Fantastic place."

"We stopped over on our way home from vacation and it was a wonderful choice! Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and roomy and the closet was huge! Breakfast was good. Secured parking was below and convenient to check in, park and take the elevator to our room. Good restaurants in the area also and Bass Pro across the road. Very Nice Experience!"

"When we arrived, the hotel was clean, well gated, and looked good. The staff was very friendly throughout the whole 2 day stay. The room was large, clean and very updated. The room offered many amenities. Security of your car and yourselves was well thought out. The pool was large enough and very clean. The breakfast dining area was large with plenty of seating. The breakfast was plentiful, hot, and good. They have a great coffee bar that provides many types of coffee. The server was overly helpful when providing you assistance, even baked cookies for us as a treat. Checkout was easy. The whole stay was very good and we will be staying each time we come to Memphis."
