"This space was perfect for my friend and I staying for just over a week. It was just a couple blocks walk to Mission and a bus stop so we could easily get anywhere in town. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, we enjoyed taking walks. It did rain for much of the time so we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard space as much but it’s a great space. The property contact was prompt about answering any questions and concerns we had."

"Good things: The apartment was great, very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor space was a lovely bonus, we used it regularly. The area is really nice and quiet as well, set back from the road so you don't have any traffic noise. And it's located really close to some great restaurants and nightlife. "We flew out to California for a family get together. Sami's place was a wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for us. The apartment is pretty large. It was enough space for the four of us. We each had our own room, two are on the smaller side, one was large. The smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. There is also plenty of street parking outside. It was perfect for the weekend. I highly recommend Sami's place! "

"This place has the classic look and feel of a modern Oakland apartment building that is just the right balance between centrally located and private. I felt such a home, I wish I had booked a few more days (or weeks!). The hosts, Riza & Miguel, were absolutely fabulous, very accommodating and communicated quickly and kindly - I couldn't have asked for a better stay. "The property was clean. All amenities worked great. Beds were comfortable. Very conveniently located to Berkeley and SF. We were able to park our car in the driveway behind a locked gate. The only limitation for some may be that you must climb outside stairs to get to the rental."
