"Lovely hotel, very grand 🙂 the room was clean, comfortable and huge!! Very easy to check in with the self check available and the welcome binder explained everything you needed to know. "I stayed in Rm 2 which is a very snug dbl which i found delightful, as a sole traveller it was spot on. The owners work so hard and it shows in the little touches and how helpful/accomodating they are if you need anything. Thank you. "We very much liked the quiet area in which the property was located. It is off the busiest streets but in easy walking distance of the excellent local bus services and only 12 minutes walk from the railway station. We stayed four nights with bed and breakfast and were very happy with our room which was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. "Excellent stay for our trip to The New Forest. The room was cosy, had everything that was needed from table n chairs, two comfy chairs, very comfy bed and pillows. Iron and board, towels, wash flannel, all wash/cleaning equipment, mini cooker, toaster, pint milk in fridge. Everything was perfect. I would say though that coyld have done with a better iron as it didn't seem to iron properly. Apart from that the stay was excellent. Would definately recommend. "
