"I have enjoyed all - apart the fact that the room was boiling hot and there were no air conditioning working. this led us to open the windows, which lead to have my wife and my kids literally bombarded by mosquito bites. It is fair to say is not hotel fault if there are mosquito, however in 2024 you expect to have air conditioning system in Milan"

"One week stay for work, asked for and received a room facing the courtyard so it was beautifully quiet at night, staff were very friendly and professional. Place put me in mind of a 'Moxy' type hotel only a load better, great location on the canal but the less busy one. Access to public transport was easy and breakfast was nice."

"Overall my stay was very good. The security, service and breakfast is awesome. Their bell hop is very kind and helpful. I was also able to get a relaxing massage just two mins from my hotel. I felt very comfortable walking around. The only thing I had a little bit of trouble with was working the AC system. "

"Great hotel, rooms are spacious, very clean. Classic interior. Staff really helpful and issues addressed immediately. Walking distance to the centre and great shuttle service by the hotel. Unmentioned voluntary staff contribution on the final receipt was an unpleasant surprise. "
